From Ham to Speck- 19 April

Our monthly dining club, is back. ‘Tavolone – A Trattoria for good Ideas’ will be on the 19th of April themed from ‘Ham to Speck’… where, not surprisingly, we plan to pig out.

We will taste fantastic Spanish delicacies from Brindisa and then move on to Northern Italian (Tyrolean) specialities such as ‘Speckknoedel” and other traditional wares.

Tavolone is being hosted in the foyer of the Mother building, where, along with our guest chefs, we are bringing delicious food and interesting people together for an evening of stimulating conversation and wonderful food and wine.

The motive for Tavolone is to bring a group of 30+ interesting people together around a long table to introduce you to our friends to swap ideas while indulging in great food and wine.

To us there is no better place for coming up with great ideas than at a table, fuelled by a few glasses of wine, some scrumptious food and stimulating conversation.

We’ll provide the atmosphere and the food and even some special placemats for you, so you won’t forget the people you meet after the digestif. All you have to do is enjoy yourself!
We will kick off at 7pm with a nice aperitif and then move on to some delightful ham and speck.

Roasted succulent Pork Shoulder and Speckknoedel with Sauerkraut

Selection of Northern Italian and Spanish cheeses (alternatively you can eat more ham)

Wines will be matched to courses provided by Borough Wines
